Job Summary:

The G Suite Deployment Engineer will be responsible for planning and implementing G Suite for our Customers in the MENA region along with our Google Cloud Team.

Essential Duties:

  • Implementation and configuration of G Suite.
  • Analyze and resolve customer problems effectively in a timely manner.
  • Perform complex needs assessments of the customer.
  • Create detailed documentation for implementations, guides, and training.
  • Technical troubleshooting during implementations.
  • Assist end user community as the key subject matter expert around G Suite.
  • Advise on alternative methods to solving complex business and technical issues.
  • Plan, coordinate and balance multiple projects at the same time.
  • Update project status using the provided project management tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Practical experience.
  • Completed training in the IT field (ideally specialist for system integration)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/O365 and Active Directory.
  • Familiar with Networking ( TCP / IP , HTTP , DNS , DHCP )
  • Teaching skills; lead software training sessions

  • Willingness to travel (Internally) 0-25% of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with G suite Apps.
