General Summary:
This role is crucial in understanding our customers' needs and helping define businesses' requirements. In this role, you will demonstrate executive-level qualities, lead customers' conversations, and direct the Sales Team's execution by combining the technical vision and business insight. You will be responsible for the supervision of the cloud computing systems and cloud approval plans. Your role will include the cloud systems administrator, the cloud developer, such as cloud app designs, and providing systems required to manage the cloud storage.
Responsibilities: (Google Cloud Products including GCP, Workspace, Maps, etc.)
- Support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Maintain strong customer focus and work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

- Support all Google Cloud engagements for Cloud 11, including delivering solutions’ architectures and data migration.
- Build the cloud unit structure and manage the cloud team.
- Plan a technical cloud strategy on what/when/how to use which GCP services. The strategy covers architecture, design, and guidelines.
- Establish an architectural framework that includes best practices and tools.
- Provide multi-level training on GCP services for tech and sales teams, followed by periodic training for emerging technologies in GCP and its competitors.
- Deliver training on Google Workspace products to customers through online and offline communications.
- Establish a focal point between tech and sales teams to translate closed deals into deliverables.
- Support sales team when engaging customers in emails to introduce technical advising (respond to customers’ emails within 1 working day) and suggest phone calls or online meetings if needed to gather requirements.
- Interact with customers for any technical aspects helping them with their issues.
- Share coding artifacts (including GitHub links) with the customer upon request.
- Document minutes of meetings while meeting with customers, business case paper and technical design document, and deployment run books.
- Provide hands-on implementation for proposed solutions when needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in the same role.
