Job Purpose:

The role of a Salesforce Consultant combines both consulting and technical development responsibilities within Salesforce projects. This position requires a blend of business analysis, solution design, and hands-on development skills.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development to implement solutions that optimize client operations and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

· Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementation and customization.

· Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current processes and future needs.

Salesforce Development:

· Customize and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.

· Implement complex business logic, data models, and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Configuration and Customization:

· Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Lightning App Builder, and Flow.

· Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards to meet client needs.

Integration and Data Management:

·  Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other applications/systems using APIs, middle-ware, and integration tools.

· Manage data migration processes to ensure smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

· Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to validate Salesforce solutions and ensure quality.

· Debug and resolve technical issues and defects identified during testing or post-deployment.

Training and Support:

· Provide training to end-users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionality, configuration, and best practices.

· Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and ensure successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.

Documentation and Governance:

· Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and user manuals.

· Establish and enforce governance policies, best practices, and coding standards for Salesforce development activities.

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development or Salesforce consulting roles.

· Demonstrated experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and platform customization.

The Team Leader – Google Workspace is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and BDRs to achieve Workspace sales goals. Key Responsibilities

General Summary:
As a team leader for Google Workspace, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules.
